Return & Refund Policy

At Baddies On Bikes, we want you to love your gear as much as you love the ride. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Most of our apparel and accessories are made-to-order. Because these products are custom printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or color preferences.

Exceptions: Damaged or Defective Items

We only offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Items that arrive damaged

  • Items with printing errors

  • Items that are incorrect (wrong size, design, or product type sent)

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item and issue

  • A short description of the problem

Final Sale Items!

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Stickers and vinyls (for hygiene & handling reasons)
